by SPRINTtelco, a publicly traded company headquartered
in the United States, and is committed to protecting
your privacy and security online. We take all
the necessary steps to ensure a pleasant experience
when you visit SPRINTtelco and use our services.
The following is our Privacy Policy. This notice
describes how we use and share the information
that we collect from you when you register for
our services.
Registration/Information Collection
Before you begin to use our services, you will
be asked to register to become a member. To
complete the registration, you will need to
give us some information about yourself including
but not limited to your name, email address,
zip code, and occupation. SPRINTtelco is collecting
this information, stores it in a secure facility
in the United States, and we retain ownership
of it. If you are located outside the United
States, please be aware that your information
is being transferred from your country to the
United States, and registration for our services
constitutes affirmative consent to such a transfer.SPRINTtelco sends all credit card transactions for
authorization and authentication. We use VeriSign
as a third-party intermediary. Please consult

Use of Information
SPRINTtelco believes that knowing more about
you will enable us to serve you better. It allows
us to personalize the content and services we
offer you. It also permits us to target advertising
for products or services to your interests and
tastes. SPRINTtelco uses this information internally
to improve the products and services we provide
to you.
We may also combine it with other information
about you that is available to us internally
or from other sources, and we may share it with
third-party marketing partners to help us improve

Correcting/Updating Your Information
You may change your Personally Identifiable
Information by going to http://www.SPRINTtelco.com
and clicking the "Member Login" link.
You must have both User ID and Password to log
into your account; if you don't have both, you
can choose to have them e-mailed to you. Once
you are logged in, you can change your information
by clicking the tab marked "My Account"
and choosing what information you'd like to
alter.
Notification of Changes
If we are going to use your personally identifiable
information in a manner different from that
stated at the time of collection we will notify
you via email. You will have a choice as to
whether or not we use your information in this
different manner.
In addition, if we make any material changes
in our privacy practices that do not affect
user information already stored in our database,
we will post a prominent notice on our website
notifying users of the change. In some cases
where we post the notice we will also email
users, who have opted to receive communications
from us, notifying them of the changes in our
privacy practices.
Communication
As a member of SPRINTtelco.com, besides special
offers that you may receive from our partners,
(if you opt to) you will receive a confirmation
email with your UserID and password. You may
also receive emails that help keep you informed
of your account information.
Emails that involve current promotions as well
as newsletters to help keep you informed of
our latest development are also sent sporadically.
Opting Out

from third parties or strategic partners at

Internet Protocol (IP) Addresses
We may collect your IP address to help diagnose
problems with our server and to administrate
our website. Your IP address is only used to
identify you and form broad demographic information.
This practice is common and even essential for
most websites, as all companies find it necessary
to assess their business online.
We collect log files pertaining to the amount
of amount unique users, the length of a visit,
pages visited, time and day of visit, file downloads
and advertising views and clicks through WebSideStory,
whose privacy policy can be found here.
All of this information is collected in aggregate
and is used in aggregate and not specific to
a user. We do monitor usage of our system through
IP addresses in order to assist with the investigation
and prevention of potentially unlawful activities
that may threaten the integrity of service or
otherwise violate our Terms of Use.
We maintain two types of web files using IP
addresses and other information: (1) a web log
file that monitors the usage of the site itself
originating at individual IP addresses; and
(2) a log of calling information, such as phone
number. Actual phone conversations are not recorded
by the service. SPRINTtelco will not read,
listen to, or disclose to any third parties
private e-mail, conversations, or other communications
that are transmitted using SPRINTtelco services
except as required to ensure proper operation
of our services or as otherwise required by
law.
Cookie
A cookie is a message given to a web browser
by a web server to identify and prepare customized
web pages for you. The Help menu on the menu
bar of most browsers will tell you how to prevent
your browser from accepting new cookies, how
to have the browser notify you when you receive

Although you can elect to not accept cookies,
SPRINTtelco's products and services require
the use of cookies. We use cookies to keep track
of login/password information as well as your
identifiable information to personalize the
website as well as for resolving fraud issues
pending discrepancies. If cookies are disabled,
you cannot log in to SPRINTtelco.com.
We use a third-party advertising company to
display the advertisements on our website. These
advertisements may contain cookies. While we
use cookies in other parts of our website, cookies
received with banner advertisements are collected
by our third-party advertising company. This
information may be used by SPRINTtelco and
our third-party advertising company to target
advertisements to you in the future.
SPRINTtelco may also collect personally identifiable

if our partners have product information that
may be of interest to you, we may allow them
to use your information for the dissemination
of product information, unless you instruct

pixels, or transparent GIF files, to help manage
online advertising. These GIF files are provided
by our various partners and providers. These
files enable us to learn which advertisements
bring users to our website. The information
that we collect and share is anonymous and not
personally identifiable. It does not contain
your name, address, telephone number, or email

Children's Online Privacy Protection

SPRINTtelco does not knowingly solicit or collect
customer identifiable information from children
or teenagers under the age of eighteen. You
should be aware, however, that calling plans
purchased for family use may be used by minors
without the knowledge of SPRINTtelco. If that
happens, any information collected from the
usage will appear to be the personal information
of the actual adult subscriber and treated as
such under this Policy.
Business Transfers
As we continue to develop our business, we may
buy or sell companies, subsidiaries, or business
units. In such transactions, customer information
is generally one of the transferred business
assets, but remains subject to pre-existing
Privacy Policies (unless the customer consents
otherwise). Also, in the event that SPRINTtelco,
Inc. or substantially all of its assets are
acquired, customer information will be one of
